Time Magazine published an editorial by two doctors promoting the use of hospital emergency departments as a great place for treatment of minor medical problems. Even more amazing, this viewpoint is part of a "campaign" by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) to discourage insurers from designing patient educational programs to promote urgent care over the hospital emergency department.
